Study abroad

 

You would like to study one or two semesters at a university abroad? Then there are various exchange programs available to you at RWTH:

• Erasmus+ for European countries abroad
• Faculty partnerships for Switzerland and non-European countries abroad
• RWTHworldwide for non-European countries abroad

Within these programs, you can apply to study abroad at a partner university of our faculty. With the exception of the USA and Canada, tuition fees are then waived.

Faculty partnerships have the same application deadline as Erasmus+.

Your desired university does not have a partnership with the faculty or RWTH?

• Then you can apply there as a Freemover.

In this case, you not only have to organize your stay yourself, but also finance it.
