First Steps at the Host University
Each university has its own way of welcoming Erasmus+ students.
Most universities will inform you about the procedure. If an Orientation Day, Orientation Days or Orientation Week is offered, you should be present.
It is important that you contact your local departmental student advisor. If you do not know this person, please contact the local International Office.
Your departmental advisor will discuss your choice of courses with you. Usually there will be changes. In this case, you will have to fill in the Learning Agreement during the mobility, get the signature of your host study advisor, sign it yourself and mail it to the Erasmus+ Coordination of the Department of Earth Sciences and Geography. The Erasmus+ Coordination collects the remaining signatures and forwards the Learning Agreement to the International Office of the RWTH (you will be put in CC, because you need this document after your stay abroad).
By the way, 112 is valid throughout Europe as an emergency number.
