Project House CMT - Center for Molecular Transformations
The Center for Molecular Transformations was established in 2010 as an RWTH Project House to coordinate and support research in the Molecular Science and Engineering profile area.
Our goal is to facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation within RWTH Aachen University. At CMT, we initiate, organize and coordinate scientific large-scale projects at the interface of biology, chemistry, and process engineering. Our goal is to facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation within RWTH Aachen University.
Currently CMT comprises 21 professors who are supported e.g. in finding suitable cooperation partners in Germany or abroad, within industry and academia. CMT accompanies the selected projects, starting from the idea through the grant proposal stage and to the final report.
CMT is always looking for innovative, new projects to support RWTH Aachen University in being excellent.
